Share an iCloud Calendar Without Family Sharing

- Open Calendar and tap Calendars.
- Tap ⓘ beside the iCloud calendar you own.
- Tap Add Person.

Share Existing Events or Keep Personal Appointments Private
An invitation applies to the calendar you select. Choose the existing iCloud calendar when you want to share the events already in it. - Follow the instructions to create the group and invite family members.
- If the group already exists, open Settings → Family → Add Member.

Let Your Children or Partner Add Events

The Calendar Is Accepted but Events Are Missing

For a new family event, make sure that its Calendar field names the shared calendar. Events placed in another calendar are not part of that shared calendar.
