Assistant Update

Breathe easy.

Dental cleaning, vet appt, and the field trip form—all on your calendar.

One Place for Everything

Messy in. Calendar out.

Life doesn't arrive in calendar format. Briefly does the translation. Forward anything to WhatsApp or Telegram — Briefly turns it into a clean, time-bound event.

No New Apps to Learn

The assistant that lives in your chat.

No new app to learn. Forward the PDF, the screenshot, or the message to Briefly on WhatsApp or Telegram. The calendar entry, packing list, and reminder come right back.

Snapshot to Schedule

Forward. Review. Done.

No retyping. No copy-paste gymnastics. Forward the thread or snap the letter—Briefly pulls out the who, the what, and the when. You tap once to save.

TThe Thread

"Max needs an extra piano lesson before the Grade 2 exam. Can you do Thursday 4:30? Actually, Friday 3:30 works better."

The Save

Additional Piano Lesson. Friday, 3:30 PM. Max, Grade 2 Exam. Review and save in one tap.

No More Wasted Trips

Built for the weeks that don't follow the rules.

School holidays. Public holidays. Make-up classes. Standard calendars don't notice—but Briefly reads the context.

If swimming is usually Tuesdays but skips the March break, your week reflects it before you load the car. No more locked-door moments with a kid in the back seat.

No More Last-Minute Scrambles

Tomorrow's bag, packed tonight.

Briefly doesn't just block the date. It looks ahead and tells you exactly what to pack—while there's still time to find the missing sock. What to bring to the dentist. What to lay out before the plumber arrives. What to sign before the field trip.

Forward the 3-page Learning Journey PDF. By bedtime you'll have: water bottle, mosquito patches, PE attire, signed consent form.

No more 11pm hunts for a form due at 8am.

A safe place for your family's details.

Briefly only processes what the service needs. Here's how we limit access and explain what happens to each source you send.

You decide what we see.

No inbox scanning, no calendar snooping. Briefly only ever sees what you choose to forward.

Never sold. Never used to train AI.

We use what you forward to extract and verify each event. Your source content is not sold or used to train foundation models; retention is explained in our privacy policy.

Encrypted by default.

Your family's schedule is encrypted at rest and in transit. Access is limited to the systems required to provide the service.

For your household only.

Household access controls keep your family's details available to the people you invite, subject to the service providers and safeguards described in our privacy policy.
